WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

In accordance with the legal provisions in force in application of article L221-18 of the consumer code, you have a period of 14 days to change your mind about your distance purchase. The right of withdrawal also applies if the product is on sale, second-hand or out of stock.

You can exercise your right of withdrawal with the company In Cute from the receipt of the goods. The product must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, new, unused, to allow their subsequent marketing. Items returned incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled will not be refunded, exchanged or taken back.
Return costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

In the event of loss or damage to the returned package, In Cute will not be able to refund the order and the customer will have to make a complaint directly to their carrier.
The exception is cases of custom-made products, defined by law as: “goods made to your request or clearly personalized”.

DELIVERY TIME

Orders will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Regarding the MUE collection , most of the items are made to order, so allow a minimum of 10 days.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
The delivery locations served are defined by the list that appears on the site in the scroll bar when ordering. The customer is aware that this list can be modified at any time by In Cute, but this will not impact orders already validated. The delivery time may vary depending on the products ordered, the quantity of orders and the availability of products and carriers. For products available in stock, orders are shipped on average within two to three working days, if the order is placed before noon; except for pre-order deliveries for which the delivery date is notified by email. Unless otherwise stated, delivery is made to the address indicated by the buyer when ordering. Deliveries are provided by Mondial Relay services, in accordance with their own T&Cs. In Cute declines all responsibility in the event of excessively long delivery times due to postal services, as well as in the event of loss or damage to the products ordered. The products ordered are transported at the customer's risk. In the event that one or more of the products ordered are missing or damaged, the customer must make a reservation with the carrier, at the time of receipt of the order. Ownership of the products ordered will only be transferred to the customer upon full payment of the invoiced price, which includes delivery costs.

SHIPPING COSTS

If you wish to return an In Cute product, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the package to our workshop.

DELIVERY DECLARATIONS

If you notice a non-delivery or if the tracking information indicates that your package was delivered by the carrier and you have not received it, please contact us by email within 7 days at: atelier@incute.fr

We do not issue refunds for packages where the carrier confirms delivery.
