Workshops can be renewed up to 72 hours before but are not refundable. However, we can convert the amount of the workshop into a voucher to spend at the store.

All our products are entirely made by Karoline in the workshop in the 11th arrondissement.

The House is against planned obsolescence and is committed to promoting rare know-how.

The workshop's leathers are purchased in Saint-Ouen from resellers who tour tanneries throughout France, from a distributor of Italian leathers or directly from French tanners.

Custom-made, as its name suggests, is made according to the customer's wishes. A price cannot therefore be fixed in advance because it varies according to demand.

Gift vouchers have no time limit. As long as they have been paid for, we believe we have no time limits to impose on you.

As long as places are available and the deadlines allow, yes, to do this please write to us via the contact form.

Online we accept all bank payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) as well as online payment services (Paypal, ApplePay).
If you wish to purchase an item directly from the workshop, we accept payment in cash as well as by credit card (Visa or MasterCard).

Via Paypal, you have the possibility to pay for your purchases on the e-shop in several installments.

The list of countries served by delivery depends solely on the carriers and may change according to their own general conditions. All possibilities are offered at the time of payment. However, if your destination does not appear, contact us and we will do what is necessary to find a solution.

To collect your order from the workshop, select "collect in store" when checking out. Please note, however, that the store is open when you come.

As provided by French law, you have 14 days to return an item at your own expense.
However, exceptions are made -to-measure or personalized items .
